COMMERCIAL REAL ESTATE ADVISOR / SENIOR ADVISOR
Bryan–College Station, TX
About the Role
Riverstone Commercial Real Estate is seeking driven, high-performing Commercial Real Estate Advisors and Senior Advisors to join our Bryan/College Station office.
This is a commission-only role designed for professionals who are serious about building a long-term career in commercial real estate while taking advantage of the tools and support provided.
This is not an entry-level or part-time position. We are seeking individuals committed to building a full-time, long-term career in commercial real estate. We are a performance-driven brokerage looking for individuals who take ownership of their results and operate with integrity, consistency, and professionalism.

Minimum Requirements
- Active Texas Real Estate License (Required)
- 2+ years of commercial real estate, sales, leasing, or related experience
- Proven ability to generate business and close transactions
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- High level of organization and follow-through
- Comfortable networking, cold calling, and knocking on doors
Key Responsibilities
- Prospect for new business through calls, email, networking, and canvassing
- Build and maintain a database of clients and prospects
- Conduct property tours and client needs assessments
- Prepare and present market data, proposals, and analyses
- Draft and negotiate offers, leases, and contracts
- Coordinate transactions from initial contact through closing
- Maintain accurate records in company systems
- Participate in local business and community engagement
- Collaborate with the marketing team to showcase your listings
Cold calling and proactive outreach are required and essential to success in this role.

LAND & RANCH REAL ESTATE ADVISOR / SENIOR ADVISOR

Riverstone Land & Ranch is expanding and looking for motivated Land & Ranch Advisors to join our Bryan/College Station team.
This role is ideal for individuals who understand land, rural property, and the lifestyle that comes with it.

Minimum Requirements
- Active Texas Real Estate License (Required)
- 1–2+ years of real estate, sales, or land-related experience preferred
- Strong understanding (or willingness to learn) of rural land, utilities, access, and development considerations
- Ability to work independently and manage your own pipeline
Key Responsibilities
- Prospect for landowners, buyers, and developers
- Build and maintain a database of contacts and prospects
- Conduct property tours, site evaluations, and client consultations
- Assist with pricing strategy using comps and market data
- Prepare listing materials, proposals, and contracts
- Negotiate and manage transactions from listing to closing
- Stay active in the local and regional land market
- Collaborate with the marketing team to showcase your listings
Prospecting and relationship-building are essential, this is not a passive sales role.
